We believe in promoting energy efficiency and environmental responsibility within the constraints of marketable and affordable building technology.
Earl and Nancy Williams have been in various segments of construction for more than 25 years including custom home construction, warranty work and remodeling. Their passion for remodeling stems from a belief that a new home that requires moving the family is not a good investment when families already live in the finest neighborhoods with the best schools and outstanding amenities.
Earl is a registered Builder/Remodeler with the Texas Residential Construction Commission. As his time permits, he also works as a carpenter for Habitat for Humanity
His experience and education include:
- Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist, a program that is AARP endorsed. (CAPS)
- Certified Green Professional (CGP)
- Certified by the EPA to conduct lead-based paint renovations
